Oral & Poster Presentations
Oral presentations last 10 minutes and are followed by a 5
minute discussion. Posters should be 90cm wide and 1.50m high
and should be displayed on the days mentioned in the notification
of acceptance.
Scientific Committee's Notice
The Scientific Committee's decisions will be sent to the main
author only, by email, and only once. Once your abstract is
accepted, you must register as a conference delegate before
December 22nd, 2006. Failing that, your abstract presentation
will be cancelled. Accepted abstracts from authors registered
for the congress will be published in the Final Program &
Abstract Book.
Instructions
Supply as much factual information as possible: the precise
subject of study, methods used where appropriate, summary
of results obtained, conclusion. As it is assumed that original
work will be presented, no bibliographic references are necessary.
Terms and Conditions
Your text will appear in the abstract book exactly as you
send it and every error or imperfection will show up. Therefore
proofreading is essential, no modification will be possible
after submission.

The main author confirms that all authors are
aware of and agree to the content of the abstract and support
of the data presented and is in charge of forwarding the Scientific
Committee's decision to them.
By submitting his abstract, the author gives his permission
to the XXIV Annual Congress of the Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INCAN) Organizing Committee to record his presentation
during the conference for audio cassettes sales to attendees.
The author also allows the XXIV Annual Congress of the Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INCAN) to publish and distribute
his/her abstract as part of the Abstract Book, which may be
distributed on paper or on-line.
Your abstract, if selected, will be chosen for either oral,
poster presentation, or book publication. Posters will be
awarded or encouraged: a special jury will select the three
best posters and their authors will receive the XXIV Annual Congress of the Instituto Nacional de Cancerología (INCAN)
Poster Award.
