Confirmation of registration
When your registration and a copy of your payment form will be received by the congress office, written confirmation will be send to you by e-mail. You will receive your conference documents in the conference center at the registration desk.
Language
The official congress language will be English.
Letter of invitation
If required, the congress office will send you a letter of invitation after your payment has been received. It should be understood that this letter is only to help participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa, and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide financial support. Passport and Visa
Passport and visa requirements may vary according to the country of origin. Participants requiring a visa for entry to Mexico are strongly advised to make their application in their home countries at least three months before the intended date of travel. Visa application requires the receipt of the registration form and payment. Please contact your travel agency or the Mexican Consulate or Embassy in your country for further advice.
